Nuala Keegan
Hello, my name is Nuala and my work enables people to feel good, look good and
stay healthy.
I have been teaching yoga since 2006 and specialise in a Natural Rejuvenating
Facelift Massage.
Here, I am offering bite size videos to guide you through a short self facial massage.
Any tension, worry and anxiety shows on our face through tiredness, tightness and
alteration of skin colour. By releasing tension, relieving screen fatigue, and removing
toxins, these will help you to feel and look relaxed. You will also find some yoga
stretches and breathwork demonstrations which will help revive you for long days at
work, study or in online meetings. These packages suit everyone, whatever your
lifestyle.
